Customers will be contacted the day of the delivery with an approximate time of drop off.
Please let us know if the food can be left on the front porch, back yard or with a concierge.
Someone must be home to receive all raw food and bones.
If ordering cat food or a dog food we don't normally stock, please call before Sunday at 6. Special orders arrive the following Wednesday.
We don't carry cash with us so please have exact change when paying COD.
