Please note the following and feel free to ask any questions you might have:

• Customers will be contacted the day of the delivery with an approximate time of drop off.
• Please let us know if the food can be left on the front porch, back yard or with a concierge.
• Someone must be home to receive all raw food and bones.
• If ordering cat food or a dog food we don’t normally stock, please call before Sunday at 6. Special orders arrive the following Wednesday.
• We don’t carry cash with us so please have exact change when paying COD.
• We do our best to provide a reliable, free service. Sometimes traffic and other unavoidable circumstances come up, we thank you in advance for you patience and support.
