Project Rescue: Mike
We are on day four of our rescue mission and busy little bees!
Here’s what we know about Mike so far: he’s a lab mix about a year and a half old. He loved his family and despite the horrible neglect and abuse he’s still a happy guy. He is good with children and other dogs, his shots are up to date and he’s fixed. Mike is a highly adoptable boy who just wants to love and be loved.
The response to Project Rescue has been overwhelming and people have been asking how they can help out. We are accepting donations of the following gently used items:
- blankets for transport
-bowls
-a harness/leash
-large dog bed
-chew toys

Lauren and her amazing team have arranged for Mike to be transported to Burlington. Chibi, Rachelle, Larayna (my daughter) and I will be picking him up on Saturday!
We will share the video of what is sure to be an emotional first greeting.
